Lunch was spaghetti and garlic bread 2day. I’m in charge of the bread so when my mom went out to fetch my brother I jz pop them into the oven and catch a show on TV. The title?  “Click”!

Yeah, sad case I am for only watching it for the first time after such a long while… Its’ a really great show! I laughed and laughed especially the tummy flapping part where the hero went for liposuction and all his fat was sucked out and left his flap and he went flapping his tummy saying it look like a tongue!!! XD

Adam Sandler did a great job. He can be funny but he really makes your heart wrench when you see him sad and miserable… When he kept rewinding the part his dad said “I love you so.” to him, it’s really a heart-wrenching moment… Then came the part where he’s dying but still he struggles to tell his family how much he loves them… Wala! The pipe broke in Cameron!

And I really really enjoy the ending where everything is back to normal and Adam Sandler learnt his lesson… But I think I enjoyed the part most where he got his dog a companion!!! It tickles me when the dog looks so happy to see his girlfriend!!! =)

The movie left such heartwarming moments that it makes u look back at

ur

life and ask urself, “Do I really love my family? Do I really cherish them?”

If I am a movie critic, I’m sure gonna rate this show 5 star out of 5!

P.S 1: In between watching the movie, I left my guard down and the garlic bread

           turned out a bit crispy/hard than usual…. Oops…

P.S 2: But it’s ok coz my mom overcooked the spaghetti and it also turned out a

bit soft/mushy than usual so great contrast with the bread…

Hahahaha…..

I lost the chance to have pau for breakfast….. Just because of misinterpretation…. Darn…

My mom’s fren called yesterday morning and I picked up the phone…

            “Morning Auntie! How r u?”

“Oh Rachel! U’re back home! Can u ask

ur

mom if she wants…”

(Here’s where I made the stupid mistake… Sigh… I really really wanted the pau…)

U see, both of us are conversing in Mandarin, and she said

Pau

in Mandarin… But I heard Dau! Which literally means KNIFE in Mandarin!

So there I went and asked my mom whether she wants a knife coz her fren was shopping in the market and there are cheap and nice “Knives” there! My mom said no which I happily passed on her msg to her fren…

Later my mom bumped into her fren and asked la…

“Why do you suddenly ask me to buy a knife for?”

“Huh? What knife?” (I can imagine the puzzled look on the auntie’s face dy…)

“U called this morning and asked my daughter to ask me whether do I need a knife or not.”

“I didn’t say knife, I said

PAU

!!!”

Sigh……
